How to make a complaint to the ASA

Step 1: Go to https://www.asa.org.uk/

Step 2: Click the 'Make a complaint button'

Step 3: Read the notice

Step 4: Scroll down and click continue

Step 5: Select 'Member of the Public'

Step 6: Fill out the complaint form and press continue
